Samantha Cloete, founder of Sam’s Fitness Club, is a qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
She has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry and has a passion for guiding people along their physical wellness journeys.
Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients so that they become the best versions of themselves.
Samantha offers a range of fitness classes:
• Dance Fitness
• Bums & Tums
• Couples Workout
• Personal Training
• HITT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Her current mindful movement offerings include yoga, Pilates, and breath-infused aerobics.

• Mind-Body mental wellness - emotional and psychological fitness tools rooted in counselling-informed approaches.
