Rescheduling your appointment must be done
during operating hours (08:00 - 19:00).

24 hours before your appointment, no fees are
payable.
·
5 hours before your appointment, you are
required to pay 50% of your total bill.
·
If you reschedule less than 5 hours before the
appointment, it will be considered a cancellation. You are required to settle
the entire bill.
· Outstanding rescheduling fees will result in the suspension of future appointments until the bill is settled.
Cancel
·
Cancellation of appointments must be done during
operating hours (08:00 - 19:00).

are required to pay the entire bill.

Late Arrival
Arriving late for your appointment may result in
cancellation or adjustment of your treatments based on the remaining time. You
are required to settle the entire bill, regardless of whether treatments were adapted
or cancelled, to be eligible for future bookings. Late arrival can result in
suspension of future appointments.
No-shows
Failing to show up for your appointment will result in the
suspension of future appointments until the entire bill is settled.

Additional Terms of Service

Arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your booked
timeslot to ensure your appointment starts on time.

You must complete your consent form(s) before
the appointment. Consent forms must be answered honestly. Do not withhold any
medical information from your therapist. The information on the consent form(s)
gives the therapist all the information about your background. Your background
determines if your treatment will be adapted or cancelled.

If you have a medical condition, we will advise
if a doctor’s approval note is necessary. If a doctor’s approval note is necessary,
the treatment will not be done without it.

Service will not be delivered to clients under
the influence of any substance. This is non-negotiable and your appointment
will be cancelled.

Clients should ensure they adhere to personal
hygiene standards to create a comfortable environment for all clients visiting.
·
You may not make booking on behalf of another
person. The person who made the booking will be held accountable because they
signed the acceptance of the policies.

Do not bring children younger than five years
old to your appointment.
